To check how much quota is available, please proceed as follows:
Login into the customer panel with your customer data and your password
Choose the affected webspace contract under the menu „Contracts“
Choose the menu „FTP-Accounts“ in the left menu
In the „Features“ table you will see the maximum amount of quota (max) available in the webspace plan as well as the currently used amount (used).
If the used Quota exceeds the available quota we recommend a fee-based plan upgrade. A manual for upgrading a plan can be found here: Performing a plan upgrade.
