An upgrade of an existing Domain, Maildomain, Webspace or VPS plan can be done in the customer service center.
Please proceed as follows:
- Log in into the customer service center with your user data.
- Choose the contract for which you want to make the upgrade/ plan change.
- Click on "change plan" in the left menu.
- Choose the new plan and complete the plan change.
Please note:
- It is not possible to reverse a plan change.
- We do not refund already paid fees of old plan.
- We do not charge setup fee for new plan.
Downgrades cannot be done in this way. For a downgrade please contact our support.
