After termination of a contract in the customer panel you will receive an E-mail confirming the termination to a certain date (DD/MM/YYY). All services of the affected contract will be deleted exactly a few minutes after expiration of the contract on this specific date.

Example:
* The contract has been provided on the 11th of September 2014 at 12:10:37 pm

* The contract termination has been confirmed for the 11th of September 2015

* The contract will be terminated on the 11th of September 2015 at 12:10:37 pm (at the earliest)

Time base for all billings and order processings is CET resp. CEST (Berlin).
