If you decide to terminate a contract with us we will send you a confirmation of termination via eMail anyway and/or tag the terminated contract in the customer center with a certain mark.

You can use all services in the contract till the last day of the contract term. In case a subcontractor (e.g. domain registry) needs a prior termination we have to consider that and lodge for termination in advance.

We recommend not to wait until the last day (e.g. migration of data) and putting a substitute into operation early enough!
