The configuration takes place as is explained in the "How do I set up my co-domains ?" FAQ entry.

Additionally you have to provide the DNS IN-A entries for the relevant domain names, pointing at the IP of the EUserv web server. You can find these through "ping".

The DNS entries which are set for the sub-domains will be not shown in the customer center, but they should be usually work within 24 hours.
