For an optimal use of xtCommerce on your webspace, you have to activate the feature “register_globals“. For this, please proceed as follows:

Login into the customer panel with your customer data and your password

Choose the affected contract

Click the point “PHP-Configurator” in the left menu

Activate the feature “register_globals” by clicking the “Aktivieren” button
